Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on 07/10/2025.

We at Wills by Emily are working to make our services accessible to everyone across Scotland.

What accessibility is

Accessibility means ensuring that all people, including those with disabilities, can use and access our website and services effectively. This includes providing content and services in ways that are perceivable, understandable, and robust for everyone. We are committed to making our website and services accessible.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

Our website allows you to:

  • Book consultation to providing accessible and inclusive services for all clients. Through your website, you can:

  • Share the details we need to prepare your will using our secure online form.

  • Request a home appointment if you are housebound.

Accessibility arrangements in the organization

We endeavor to provide our will writing services to clients across Scotland. We understand that accessibility is about more than just online access; it also means being available to clients in a way that suits their individual needs and circumstances. We offer home appointments for clients who are housebound and would prefer an in person appointment, and prefer not to complete our online questionnaire. We do our best to reach as many areas as possible, there may be some locations that we are not able to access at this time. Please do not be disheartened if we cannot currently reach your area, we are continually expanding our coverage in order to provide flexible support to all clients, we are always happy to arrange a telephone appointment should your area not be accessible for us.
